ข้อมูลรายละเอียดเซลล์เม็ดเลือดและ CRP

WBC (เม็ดเลือดขาว):

• Gran – Neutrophil (Neu) | Diameter: 12~15µm

  1. Rapidly migrate to inflammatory area

  2. Defend against microorganisms into the tissue

  3. Leave from the blood into tissues for killing bacteria

• Lymph – Lymphocyte (Lym) | Small lymphocytes diameter: 7~9µm / Middle and large lymphocytes diameter: 9~11µm

  1. B lymphocytes differentiate into plasmocyte, involving in humoral immunity.

  2. T lymphocytes differentiate into effector T cells, which involves in cellular immunity and activates the immune response of the body.

• Mid – Monocyte (Mon) | Diameter: 15~20µm

  1. Phagocytosis ability

  2. Regulate inflammation and activate immune response

  3. Involve in the regulation of iron storage

• Mid – Eosinophil (Eos) | Diameter: 12~20µm
